There's no way to answer "What time is it 14 hours ago?" without knowing the current time. To find out the time 14 hours ago, simply subtract 14 hours from the current time.
For example:
- If it's currently 3 PM: 14 hours ago it was 11 AM.
- If it's currently 1 AM: 14 hours ago it was 11 AM the previous day.
You can easily calculate this yourself using a clock or calendar application on your computer or phone.
